摘要:
目的:观察冠心病患者术前血清中氧化应激指标超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、微小RNA-29b(miR-29b)的表达水平,分析其与冠脉CTA钙化积分(CACS)的关联性。方法:选择87例确诊为冠心病的患者作为观察组,留取术前血清标本,选择87例体检证实无明显器质性疾病的成人血清标本作为对照组,应用ELISA法检测两组血清中SOD的表达,应用实时荧光定量PCR法检测两组血清中miR-29b的表达。检测观察组患者CACS积分。结果:观察组中SOD和miR-29b明显低于对照组。观察组中SOD和miR-29b的表达在不同病变程度和不同CACS评分分组的表达中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析显示观察组中SOD与CACS、miR-29b与CACS呈负相关性。结论:冠心病患者术前血清中SOD和miR-29b低表达在病变形成中有促进作用。临床中检测SOD和miR-29b在一定程度上反应病变严重程度,可为临床预测病变的风险性及判断病变程度提供帮助。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the expression levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and microRNA-29b(miR-29b)in the serum of patients with coronary heart disease before operation,and analyze the correlation between them and CTA calcification score(CACS).Methods:87 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the observation group,and the serum samples were collected before operation.87 adult serum samples without obvious organic disease confirmed by physical examination were selected as the control group.The expression levels of SOD and miR-29b in serum of the two groups were detected by ELISA and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR,respectively.CACS of patients in the observation group was measured.Results:The expression levels of SOD and miR-29b were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group.The expression levels of SOD and miR-29b were statistically different in pathological changes and different CACS in observation group.Negative correlation were found between SOD and CACS,miR-29b and CACS in the observation group.Conclusion:Low expression levels of SOD and miR-29b can promote the formation of lesion in preoperative patients with coronary heart disease.The detection of SOD and miR-29b can reflect the severity of disease,which can help to predict the risk of disease and judge the degree of disease.
