目的:通过对正常及原发性高血压受试者双侧颈总动脉、桡动脉、足背动脉瞬时波强(WI)各参数的对比,分析高血压受试者全身多处动脉WI各参数特点,全面了解高血压患者全身动脉变化特点,为临床提供更多客观依据。方法:应用ALOKA公司Prosound α7彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对54例正常人、55例原发性高血压受试者颈总动脉、桡动脉及足背动脉的瞬时波强WI参数进行探测及统计分析。结果:原发性高血压组颈总动脉、桡动脉及足背动脉处的W1、Ep、PWVβ值高于正常对照组,R-W1值低于正常对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.01)。两组三处动脉的W2参数对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。原发性高血压组颈总动脉及足背动脉处的NA值高于正常对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.01)。原发性高血压组颈总动脉处的W1-W2值低于正常对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.01)。原发性高血压组颈总动脉、桡动脉处的β值高于正常对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.01)。原发性高血压组颈总动脉处的AC值低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:WI技术的探测部位可以拓展至全身多处动脉,并可以为早期高血压的心脏、血管改变提供更丰富的信息。
Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the characteristics of wave intensity(WI)parameters of multiple arteries of hypertension subjects by comparing the parameters of instantaneous WI of bilateral common carotid artery,radial artery and dorsalis pedis artery in normal and essential hypertension subjects,and to understood the characteristics of changes of systemic arteries in hypertension patients comprehensively,so as to provide more objective basis for clinical treatment.Methods:The WI parameters of common carotid artery,radial artery and dorsalis pedis artery in 54 normal subjects and 55 patients with essential hypertension were detected and statistically analyzed with the ProSound α7 color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic instrument of Aloka company.Results:The values of W1,Ep and PWVβ in the common carotid artery,radial artery and dorsalis pedis artery of the essential hypertension group were higher than those of the normal control group,and the value of R-W1 was lower than that of the normal control group,with significant statistical difference.There was no significant difference in W2 parameters of the common carotid artery,radial artery and dorsalis pedis artery between the two groups.The NA value of the common carotid artery and dorsalis pedis artery in the essential hypertension group was higher than that in the normal control group.The value of W1-W2 in the common carotid artery of the essential hypertension group was lower than that of the normal control group.The β value of the common carotid artery and radial artery in the essential hypertension group was higher than that in the normal control group.The AC value of the common carotid artery in the essential hypertension group was lower than that in the normal control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:WI technique can be applied to many arteries in the whole body,and can provide more information for the changes of heart and blood vessels in the early hypertension.
