摘要:
目的:观察兔拔牙窝内运用透明质酸混合Bio-Oss骨粉在拔牙位点保存中的优势。方法:选择成年新西兰白兔18只,拔除掉上下四颗中切牙,对每只白兔四个牙槽位点做不同处理:上颚左切牙牙槽点种植透明质酸混合Bio-Oss骨粉复合物(A组)、上颚右切牙牙槽点种植透明质酸(B组)、下颚左切牙牙槽点种植Bio-Oss骨粉(C组)、下颚右切牙是空白对照组(D组)。各在术后4、8、12周时处死6只实验兔,解剖上颌骨前牙区骨块并观察其牙槽骨形态,测量位点的高度、宽度和CT值,比较四种处理在拔牙窝位点保存中的差异。结果:在手术后多个不同时期,可以发现实验组(A、B、C组)牙槽嵴的高、宽降低量相比D组均较小,其间差异具有统计学意义,其中降低量最小的为A组,观察发现A组的新生骨相比D组更接近成熟骨组织。结论:兔拔牙窝内运用透明质酸混合Bio-Oss骨粉后有利于拔牙位点的保存。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the advantage of hyaluronic acid mixed with Bio-Oss bone powder in the extraction site preservation. Methods:Eighteen adult New Zealand white rabbits were selected,and four upper and lower central incisors were removed. Four alveolar sites were treated differently in each rabbit:hyaluronic acid mixed with Bio-Oss bone powder complex(group A),hyaluronic acid(group B),Bio-Oss bone powder(Group C)and blank control group(Group D). Six rabbits were killed at 4,8 and 12 weeks after the operation respectively. The bone mass of maxillary anterior teeth was dissected and the alveolar bone morphology was observed. The height,width and CT value of the sites were measured,and the differences of the four treatments in the site of extraction were compared. Results:The height and width of alveolar ridge in experimental group(group A,B,C)were decreased less than those in group D in different periods after operation,and the difference was statistically significant. The group A with the smallest reduction was found to have more mature bone tissue compared with Group D. Conclusion:Hyaluronic acid mixed with Bio-Oss bone powder is beneficial to the preservation of extraction sites.
