摘要:
目的:探讨培门冬酶对结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤(ENKTL)患者血脂水平的影响。方法:收集结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤(ENKTL)患者34例,按照治疗方法不同分为观察组19例和对照组15例。观察组采用含有培门冬酶的联合化疗方案治疗,以未接受培门冬酶联合治疗的15例ENKTL患者作为对照组。观察并比较两组治疗后2d内血甘油三酯(TG)、血胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白水平(HDL)。结果:观察组应用培门冬酶治疗共70例次,其中15 例患者(44.1%)在57例次(81.4%)用药后检测到血脂指标异常。选取四个时间点进行统计学分析,TG和TC异常多发生在用药3周期后(T3时间点),两组在T3时间点的TG和TC水平比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05),所有患者均未出现心脑血管疾病等表现,未因高脂血症影响化疗进度。结论:结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤患者应用培门冬酶后可出现TG和TC水平升高,未导致血栓等心脑血管疾病。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the Influence of pegaspargase on blood lipid level of Patients with extranodal nasal type NK/T-cell lymphoma.Methods:34 patients with extranodal nasal type NK/T-cell lymphoma(ENKTL)were collected and divided into observation group(19 cases)and control group(15 cases)according to different treatment methods.The observation group was treated with a combination chemotherapy regimen containing pegaspargase,and 15 ENKTL patients who did not receive pegaspargase combination therapy were taken as the control group.The levels of blood triglyceride(TG),blood cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),and high-density lipoprotein(HDL)were observed within two days after treatment and compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group was treated with pegaspargase for a total of 70 times,of which 15 patients(44.1%)were detected with abnormal blood lipid after 57 times(81.4%).Four time points were selected for statistical analysis.Abnormal TG and TC mostly appeared after 3 cycles of pegaspargase treatments(T3 time point).There were statistical differences in levels of TG and TC between the two groups at T3 time point(P<0.05).All patients had no manifestations of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and did not affect the progress of chemotherapy due to hyperlipidemia.Conclusion:The application of pegaspargase can increase the levels of TG and TC in patients with extranodal nasal type NK/T-cell lymphoma,but it does not cause cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as thrombosis.
