摘要:
目的:探讨昆仙胶囊在肾病综合征(NS)治疗中的应用效果,及对患者血清IFN-γ(干扰素-γ)和IL-21(白细胞介素-21)水平的影响。方法:随机投掷硬币法将87例原发性NS患者分为两组。对照组在常规治疗基础上,服用他克莫司胶囊进行治疗,观察组服昆仙胶囊联合他克莫司胶囊,两组均持续治疗12周。对比两组临床效果、肾功能指标、总胆固醇(TC)、IFN-γ、IL-21和不良反应情况。结果:观察组临床效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组UPT及血清Scr、BNU、TC、IFN-γ、IL-21含量均明显下降,血清ALB含量明显增加(P<0.01); 且观察组治疗后UPT及血清Scr、BNU、TC、IFN-γ、IL-21含量明显低于对照组,血清ALB含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:昆仙胶囊在NS治疗中疗效确切,安全性较好,可有效改善肾病综合征患者肾功能,降低机体IFN-γ、IL-21水平。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Kunxian Capsules in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome(NS)and its effect on the levels of serum IFN-γ(interferon-γ)and IL-21(interleukin-21)in patients. Methods:87 patients with primary NS were divided into two groups by random coin toss method. The control group was treated with Tacrolimus Capsules on the basis of conventional treatment. The observation group was treated with Kunxian Capsules combined with Tacrolimus Capsules. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. The clinical effect,renal function indicators,total cholesterol(TC),IFN-γ,IL-21 and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of UPT and serum Scr,BNU,TC,IFN-γ,and IL-21 in both groups were decreased significantly,and the level of serum ALB was increased significantly(P<0.01). After treatment,the levels of UPT and serum Scr,BNU,TC,IFN-γ,and IL-21 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the level of serum ALB was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Kunxian Capsules is effective and safe in the treatment of NS. It can effectively improve renal function and reduce the levels of IFN-γ and IL-21 in patients with NS.
