摘要:
目的:评价羟考酮联合右美托咪定应用于区域麻醉镇静的有效性和安全性。方法:选取择期行区域麻醉的患者150例。采用随机数字表法,将患者分为羟考酮联合右美托咪定组(OD组)和舒芬太尼联合右美托咪定组(SD组)两组各75例。观察并分析两组患者术中应激指标、镇静水平(OAA/S)评分,比较两组气道梗阻、呼吸抑制等术中不良反应情况及术后不良手术记忆和患者满意度。结果:两组患者应激指标和OAA/S评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 两组患者气道梗阻、呼吸抑制、术后体感VAS评分和患者满意度评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:羟考酮联合右美托咪定与舒芬太尼联合右美托咪定在区域麻醉镇静中作用没有差异,但羟考酮联合右美托咪定不良反应少,安全性更高。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of sedation under regional anesthesia with oxycodone combined with dexmedetomidine.Methods:150 patients were selected for regional anesthesia.The patients were randomly divided into two groups(n=75):oxycodone combined with dexmedetomidine(group OD)and sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine(group SD ).The intraoperative stress index,sedation level(OAA/S)and adverse reactions such as airway obstruction and respiratory depression were observed in the two groups.Poor surgical memory and patient satisfaction were recorded.Results:There was no significant difference in stress index and OAA/S score between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in airway obstruction,respiratory depression,postoperative VAS score and patient satisfaction between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oxycodone combined with dexmedetomidine and sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine have the same sedative effect in regional anesthesia,but oxycodone combined with dexmedetomidine has fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.
