摘 要 目的:探讨窄波段红光光学疗法对变应性鼻炎的治疗效果。方法:收集变应性鼻炎患者56例,按照治疗方法的不同将其随机分为窄波段红光光学疗法治疗组和药物治疗对照组各28例。治疗组使用窄波段红光光学疗法治疗,接受660 nm光鼻内照射,每次15 min,2次/d,连续14 d(每天接受6焦耳的剂量);药物治疗对照组使用鼻喷丙酸氟替卡松及口服氯雷他定治疗。评价两组基于症状评分和临床评估,包括治疗前和治疗后鼻内镜的影像学表现、鼻结膜炎量表,以及鼻腔刺激等不良反应。结果:两组治疗1月后,治疗组鼻部症状评分及VAS评分均明显改善,其中打喷嚏、流清涕症状改善率70%,鼻塞改善率82%;对照组分别73%和68%,鼻塞症状有显著改善。结论:窄波段红光光学治疗变应性鼻炎疗效确切,尤其对鼻塞的控制效果较好。
