摘 要 目的：分析经肱桡肌腱入路桡骨远端骨折内固定手术疗效。方法：将60例桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者随机分为观察组及对照组各30例；对照组采用掌侧入路显露挠骨远端骨折后完成接骨板的内固定，观察组采用经肱桡肌腱入路桡骨远端骨折内固定手术治疗；比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、并发症、桡骨掌倾角、尺偏角、掌倾角和整体临床治疗效果。结果：两组患者手术时间比较无统计学差异（P＞005），且观察组术中出血量及骨折愈合时间均显著低于对照组（P＜005）；治疗后两组患者治疗临床疗效比较无统计学差异（P＞005）；治疗后两组患者桡骨掌倾角、尺偏角、掌倾角均显著改善（P＜005），但两组桡骨掌倾角、尺偏角、掌倾角指标比较无统计学差异（P＞005）;治疗后观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，且差异存在统计学意义（P＜005）。结论：采用经肱桡肌腱入路桡骨远端骨折内固定术治疗后，可显著提高临床疗效，并降低并发症发生率。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To analyze the effect of internal fixation with distal radius fractures through brachial radii tendon approach.Methods：Sixty patients with unstable distal radius fractures were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with internal fixation of distal radius fracture via the approach of brachioradialis tendon,and compared the operation time,intraoperative bleeding amount,fracture healing time,complication,radial palm angle,ulnar angle,palmar inclination angle and overall clinical effect between the two groups.Results：There was no significant difference in operative time between the two groups (P＞005),and the bleeding volume and fracture healing time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜005);there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups after treatment (P＞005);after treatment,the radial palmar tilt angle,ulnar tilt angle and palm tilt angle of the two groups were significantly improved (P＜005)However,there was no significant difference in the index of radial palmar inclination,ulnar deviation and palmar inclination between the two groups (P＞005).After treatment,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜005).Conclusions：The treatment of distal radius fractures through internal fixation via brachial radii tendon approach can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications.
