摘 要 目的：探讨MANTIS脊柱系统手术治疗腰椎退变性疾病的有效性及其安全性。方法：选取腰椎退变性疾病患者77例，采用随机数表法分为两组，试验组38例，对照组39例。对照组患者行传统开放式椎间孔融合术治疗，试验组采用MANTIS脊柱系统手术治疗，观察和比较两组患者治疗效果。结果：两组患者术后JOA评分优良率比较，试验组明显高于对照组（P＜005）；两组患者围术期各项指标比较，试验组术中出血量和术后引流量低于对照组（P＜005）；两组手术时间比较无统计学差异（P＞005）；住院时间比较，试验组明显低于对照组（P＜005）；术后并发症发生率比较，试验组明显低于对照组（P＜005）。结论：腰椎退变性疾病采用MANTIS脊柱系统手术治疗能快速改善患者临床症状，纠正腰椎功能，疗效显著，术后并发症少，治疗安全性高，有推广应用价值。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To investigate the efficacy and safety of MANTIS spinal system in the treatment of lumbar degenerative disease.Methods：77 patients with lumbar degenerative disease were enrolled. The patients were divided into two groups by random number table，38 cases in the experimental group and 39 cases in the control group. The patients in the control group underwent conventional open interbody fusion. The experimental group was treated with the MANTIS spine system surgery. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The excellent rate of postoperative JOA score was significantly higher in the experimental group than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The perioperative parameters of the two groups were compared. The intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage were lower in the experimental group than those in the control group (P＜005);there was no significant difference in operation time (P＞0.05);the hospitalization time was significantly lower in the experimental group than that in the control group (P＜005);the incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜005). Conclusion:MANTIS spinal system surgery for lumbar degenerative disease can quickly improve the clinical symptoms，correct lumbar function，and have significant curative effect. There are few postoperative complications，high treatment safety，and popularization and application value.
