摘要:
摘 要 目的:分别在唾液环境和干燥环境下,研究小载荷作用下的干湿环境对长石质玻璃饰瓷(CERAMCO3)和氟磷灰石饰瓷(IPS emax ceram)磨损性能的影响。方法:制备圆盘形CERAMCO3饰瓷和IPS emax ceram饰瓷各12个,抛光后与滑石瓷磨头一对一配副,共24对,分别在干燥环境和唾液环境下,进行60万次摩擦磨损循环测试,每20万次循环作为一个节点,加载力采用较小的载荷(2 N),转速为200 r/min。磨损测试结束后利用三维形态扫描仪测量各饰瓷的体积磨损量和表面粗糙度;并利用S4800扫描电镜观察饰瓷磨损面的微观形貌。结果:两种饰瓷的体积磨损量与表面粗糙度均为唾液环境下大于干燥环境下;干燥环境下,两者耐磨性能无统计学差异(P>005);唾液环境下,CERAMCO3则表现出较高的耐磨性能。结论:小载荷下,湿环境对CERAMCO3和IPS emax ceram两种饰瓷材料的磨损性能具有显著影响。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:The wear performance of CERAMCO3 (feldspathic) and IPS emax ceram (fluorapatite) were tested in saliva and dry environment under small loading condition Methods:Polished the disc samples of CERAMCO3 and IPS emax ceram,each group of 12 samples Each sample was paired with steatite in the CSM friction and wear testing machine under dry and saliva environment for 600000 cycles,smaller loading (2N),and the speed of 200 r/min The volume loss and surface roughness of each ceramic were measured by 3D profile meter The microstructure of the wear surface of ceramic was observed by S4800 SEM Results:The study showed that the volume loss and surface roughness of two kinds of ceramics in the saliva environment were higher than that in the dry environment;In the dry environment,there was no significant difference between two kinds of ceramics (P>005);In the saliva environment,CERAMCO3 showed higher wear resistance Conclusion:Under the small load,saliva environmental have a significant effect on the wear properties of CERAMCO3 and IPS emax cream 
