摘 要 目的：探讨晨笛网压缝合术在难治性产后出血患者中的应用效果及对生殖系统的影响程度。方法：选取68例难治性产后出血患者为研究对象，将其根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组（子宫动脉结扎术组）34例和观察组（晨笛网压缝合术组）34例。比较两组术后不同时间的出血量、卵巢血流动力学指标、生殖激素指标及子宫复旧情况。结果：观察组术后12、24 h的出血量构成优于对照组，术后1个月、2个月及3个月的卵巢血流动力学指标及生殖激素指标均优于对照组，术后1、3、5 d的宫底高度优于对照组，术后3周及6周的恶露情况优于对照组，两组间的差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：晨笛网压缝合术在难治性产后出血患者中的应用效果较好，且对卵巢及子宫等生殖方面的影响更为积极，因此在难治性产后出血患者中具有较高的应用价值。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To observe and investigate the application effect of Chen-Di Network Compression Suture in the patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage and influence for the reproductive system.Methods：68 patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage were chosen for the research，and they were divided into control group（uterine artery ligation group）34 cases and observation group（Chen-Di Network Compression Suture group）34 cases according to the difference of treatment methods.Then the blood loss，ovarian hemodynamics,reproductive hormone indexes and uterus involution of two groups at different time after the operation were compared.Results：The blood loss consist of observation group at 12th and 24th after the operation were better than those in the control group，the ovarian hemodynamics and reproductive hormone indexes at first，second and third month after the operation were all better than those in control group，the uterine fundus height at first，third and fifth day after the operation were better than those in control group，the lochia situation at third and sixth week after the operation were better than those in the control group，the differences of two groups were all statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion：The application effect of Chen-Di Network Compression Suture in the patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage are better，and its influence for the reproductive aspects of the ovary and uterus are more，so its application value in the patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage is higher.
