摘要:
摘 要 目的:探讨丁苯酞对脑卒中后抑郁患者血清同型半胱氨酸(HCy)、神经细胞因子(NGF)、单胺类递质和炎症因子的影响。方法:选择脑卒中后抑郁患者90例作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予丁苯酞治疗,对照组给予安慰剂治疗,比较治疗前后两组血清Hcy、神经细胞因子、单胺类递质和炎症因子变化。结果:两组患者各指标治疗前均无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后2月, 观察组HAMD评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Hcy水平显著低于对照组;观察组NGF、脑源性神经因子(BNDF)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组5羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞改善血清Hcy、神经细胞因子水平和单胺类递质代谢,减轻炎症反应,改善卒中后抑郁患者抑郁状态。 
Abstract:
Abstract Objective: To investigate the effects of butylphthalide on serum Hcy,neurocytokines,monoamine transmitters and inflammatory factors in patients with post-stroke depression. Methods: Ninety patients with post-stroke depression were divided into observation group and control group according to random number method. The observation group was treated with butylphthalide and the control group was treated with placebo. The changes of serum Hcy,neurocytokines,monoamine transmitters and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: There was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). Two months after treatment,HAMD score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); Hcy level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group; NGF and BNDF levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); 5-HT and NE levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); IL-6 and TNF-alpha levels of the observation group It was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conlusion: Butylphthalide can improve the depressive state of post-stroke depression patients,improve the levels of serum Hcy,neurocytokines and monoamine transmitter metabolism,and alleviate inflammation.
