摘要:
摘 要 〖HT5K〗目的：探讨皮肤环形缝合法在肠造口还纳术中的应用效果。方法：选取肠造口病人40例，随机分为治疗及对照组各20例。治疗组采用环形缝合法，对照组采用传统缝合法。对两组病人的手术时间、术中出血量、术后首次排便时间、术后疼痛评分、住院时间、换药次数、术后切口感染及肠梗阻例数等指标进行比较。结果：治疗组病人与照组比较手术时间明显缩短、出血量少、术后疼痛评分更低、切口感染少、术后首次排便及住院时间短，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；但术中出血量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：肠造口还纳术腹壁切口皮肤环形缝合法手术时间短，术后疼痛症状轻，并发症少。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To investigate the effect of the skin circular seam in the operation of enterotype. Methods:Department 40 cases of colostomy patients were randomly divided into treatment and control group 20 cases, the treatment group USES the circular suture, the control group with traditional suture, on two groups of patients in the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative defecation time, postoperative pain score, the length of time for the first time, switching frequency, postoperative incision infection and intestinal obstruction cases such as indicators for comparison.Results:The treatment group patients compared with group according to significantly shorten the operation time and blood loss, less postoperative pain score, infection of incision, less, lower postoperative bowel movement for the first time and shorter hospitalization time, statistically significant differences (P<0.05).However, there was no statistically significant difference in intraoperative blood loss (P>0.05).Conclusion: The operation time is short,The postoperative pain is mild and the complications are few.
