摘要:
摘 要 目的:探讨康柏西普眼内注射对增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床疗效及对患者视网膜神经纤维层厚度的影响。方法:100例增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各50例,对照组实施全视网膜光凝术治疗,观察组在全视网膜光凝术基础上加用康柏西普治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、最佳矫正视力、中央视网膜厚度、视网膜神经纤维层厚度。结果:①两组间临床疗效比较,观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。②最佳矫正视力比较,治疗后,两组均较治疗前增高(P<0.05),而观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。③中央视网膜厚度比较,治疗后,两组均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),而观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。④观察组治疗前后在上象限、下象限、颞侧象限、鼻侧象限的视网膜神经纤维层厚度变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而对照组治疗后各个象限的视网膜神经纤维层厚度均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组各个象限的视网膜神经纤维层厚度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用康柏西普治疗增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变可取得满意的疗效,可有效改善患者视力,促使其中央视网膜厚度变薄,还可有效保护患者视网膜神经纤维层,避免其损害。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of intraocular injection of Conbercept. on proliferative diabetic retinopathy and its effect on retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (proliferative diabetic retinopathy). Methods: One hundred patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy were treated .Methods: One hundred patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into control group (n=50) and observation group (n= 50). The observation group was treated with Conbercept. on the basis of total retinal photocoagulation. The clinical efficacy, the best corrected visual acuity, the central retinal thickness and the retinal nerve fiber layer thickness were compared between the two groups.Results:①The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).②The best corrected visual acuity was compared. After treatment, both groups were higher than before treatment (P<0.05), while the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). ③Compared with the central retinal thickness, both groups decreased after treatment (P<0.05), while the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). ④There was no significant change in the thickness of retinal fibers in the upper quadrant, lower quadrant, temporal quadrant and nasal quadrant before and after treatment in the observation group, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). However, the thickness of retinal fibers in each quadrant after treatment in the control group decreased compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the thickness of retinal fibers in each quadrant of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy with Conbercept. is effective in improving the visual acuity, thinning the retinal thickness, and protecting the retinal nerve fiber layer in the patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Avoid thinning. 〖LM〗
