摘 要 目的：探讨莫沙必利与双歧杆菌分别联合聚乙二醇散治疗功能性便秘（FC）的疗效及安全性。方法：随机抽签方式将86例FC患者分组，对照组43例接受枸橼酸莫沙比利片与聚乙二醇散联合治疗；治疗组43例接受双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合聚乙二醇散治疗。对比两组不同时期粪便性状、排便持续时间、排便频率、排便费力、排便坠胀及不尽感、饱胀量化评分变化和生存质量评分变化；记录分析两组临床效果及不良事件发生情况。结果：两组治疗结束时各项便秘症状积分及总积分显著低于治疗前，随访3个月后各项症状积分及总积分明显上升，但仍显著低于治疗前（P＜0.05）；且与对照组比，治疗组治疗结束和随访3个月粪便性状、排便持续时间、排便频率、排便费力、排便坠胀及不尽感、饱胀量化评分和症状量化总分均更低（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组社会心理、生理、担忧、满意度及总评分均显著下降；且与对照组比，治疗组PACQOL各维度及总评分更低，临床效果更优（P＜0.05）。但两组治疗期间不良事件发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：与莫沙比利相比，双歧杆菌四联活菌片与聚乙二醇散联合治疗FC效果更满意，可更长久有效的改善患者便秘症状，提高患者生存质量，安全性高。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of mosapride and bifidobacteria combined with polyethylene glycol powder in the treatment of functional constipation (FC).Methods:86 patients with FC were randomly selected by random drawing,and 43 patients in the control group were treated with mosapride citrate tablets combined with polyethylene glycol powder; 43 patients in the observation group were treated with Bifidobacterium quadruple live tablets combined with polyethylene glycol powder.The fecal traits, duration of defecation, frequency of defecation, defecation, defecation and insufficiency, quantitative changes in abdominal swelling and quality of life scores in different periods were compared between two groups.The clinical effects and adverse events of the two groups were recorded and analyzed.Results:At the end of the two groups, the scores and total scores of constipation symptoms were significantly lower than those before treatment, and after 3 months of followup, the symptom scores and total scores increased significantly, but were still significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group had a lower fecal trait, duration of defecation, frequency of defecation, difficulty in defecation, defecation bloating and incomplete sensation, quantitative score of abdominal swelling and total score of symptoms in the observation group at the end of treatment and 3 months followup (P<0.05).After treatment, the psychosocial, physiology, anxiety, satisfaction and total scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05);and compared with the control group, the PACQOL scores and total scores were lower in the observation group, and the clinical results were better (P<0.05).However, the incidence of adverse events during the two treatments was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with mosapride, the combination of Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets and polyethylene glycol powder is more satisfactory, which can improve the symptoms of constipation and improve the quality of life and safety for patients.〖LM〗
