摘 要 目的：探讨髋臼骨折手术并发创伤性关节炎患者再行全髋关节置换术（THA）的临床治疗效果。方法：将68例髋臼骨折手术并发创伤性关节炎作为研究对象，随机分为两组各34例，研究组再行THA进行治疗，对照组给予保守治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗前两组患者Harris评分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗后3个月、2年研究组评分均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患者治疗效果优良率为97.06%，明显高于对照组76.47%，不良并发症发生率为2.94%，明显少于对照组20.59%，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：髋臼骨折手术并发创伤性关节炎患者再行THA进行治疗可有效的提高患者Harris评分和临床效果，降低并发症发生率，效果显著。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To study the clinical outcomes of total hip arthroplasty (THA) in patients with acetabular fracture surgery complicated with traumatic arthritis.Methods68 cases of acetabular fracture surgery and traumatic were randomly divided into two groups, 34 cases, and the study group was treated with THA. The group was given conservative treatment and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results:There was no significant difference in Harris score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group at 3 months and 2 years after treatment (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of treatment in the study group 97.06%, significantly higher than the control group 76.47%, the incidence of adverse complications was 2.94%, significantly less than the control group 20.59%, the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with acetabular fractures complicated with traumatic arthritis treated with THA can effectively improve the Harris score and clinical effect, reduce the incidence of complications, and have significant effects.
