摘 要 目的：探讨连续硬膜外麻醉辅助导乐仪在无痛分娩中的应用。方法：选择初产妇120例，随机将其分为连续硬膜外麻醉组和连续硬膜外麻醉辅助导乐分娩组各60例，观察两组孕妇镇痛分娩效果、麻醉药用量、自控镇痛次数、产程时间和新生儿情况。结果：连续硬膜外麻醉辅助导乐分娩组镇痛效果明显优于连续硬膜外麻醉组，麻醉药用量及自控镇痛次数减少，第一产程，第二产程明显缩短。结论：连续硬膜外麻醉辅助导乐仪分娩效果显著，尤其对硬膜外麻醉阻滞不全的产妇，具有显著的临床意义。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective: To explore the application of continuous epidural anesthesia auxiliary guiding instrument in painless labor. Methods: 120 primiparas who meet the research conditions were choosed, 120 cases were randomly divided into continuous epidural anesthesia group and continuous epidural anesthesia auxiliary guide labor groups (60 cases each), and observed the effect of analgesia labor, drug dosage, selfcontrol analgesia times, lasting time and the condition of the newborns. Results: The analgesic effect of continuous epidural anaesthesia auxiliary guided delivery group was obviously better than that of continuous epidural anesthesia group. Conclusion: The effect of continuous epidural anaesthesia auxiliary guided delivery group is significant, especially in the parturients with incomplete epidural anesthesia.
