摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨纤维桩联合全冠修复治疗牙体缺损临床效果。方法：将102例牙缺损患者根据治疗方式不同分为观察组（51例）和对照组（51例），其中对照组给予玻璃离子水门汀修复，观察组给予纤维桩联合全冠修复，对比两组的修复效果、满意度以及并发症等。结果：观察组患者的修复体完整性、颜色匹配、解剖外形、边缘适合性、牙龈情况的修复效果均优于对照组，有统计学差异（P＜005）。观察组患者修复满意度（9608%）高于对照组（8039%），有统计学差异（P＜005）。观察组患者并发症（392%）低于对照组（1569%），有统计学差异（P＜005）。结论：纤维桩联合全冠修复治疗牙缺损可提高修复优良率及修复满意度。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of fiber post combined with full crown restoration in the treatment of tooth defectsMethods:102 patients with dental defects were divided into the experimental group (51 cases) and control group (51 cases) according to the treatment modeThe control group was treated with glass ionomer cementThe experimental group was given fiber post combined with full crown restoration,and the repair effect,satisfaction and complications of the two groups were comparedResults:The repair integrity,color matching,anatomical shape,marginal fit,and gingival condition of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,with significant difference (P＜005)The satisfaction rate of the experimental group (9608%) was higher than that of the control group (8039%),and which had significant difference (P＜005)The complication of the experimental group (392%) was lower than that of the control group (1569%),and which had significant difference (P＜005)Conclusion:The treatment of dental defects with fiber post combined with full crown can improve the satisfaction of repairing the excellent rate,and can achieve significant curative effect
