摘要:

目的：探讨地氯雷他定干混悬剂联合外用糠酸莫米松乳膏及类人胶原蛋白修复敷料治疗特应性皮炎（AD）的临床效果，观察联合方案对AD复发的影响。方法：选取68例特应性皮炎患者，随机分为治疗组（35例）和对照组（33例），治疗组采用口服地氯雷他定干混悬剂联合外用糠酸莫米松乳膏及类人胶原蛋白修复敷料治疗，对照组采用口服地氯雷他定干混悬剂和外用糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗。观察两组治疗前后的皮损消退和瘙痒改善情况以及病情复发之间的差异。结果：经过1~8周治疗，在治疗AD的治愈率和总有效率上治疗组明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），随访两月病情出现复发的例数治疗组3例（占8.6%），对照组16例（占48.5%）,治疗组明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：口服地氯雷他定干混悬剂联合外用糠酸莫米松乳膏及类人胶原蛋白修复敷料对特应性皮炎的临床疗效显著且病情控制后不易出现复发，类人胶原蛋白修复敷料为外用医学保湿剂，长期使用安全性高。

Abstract:

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and long-term safety the effect of desloratadine for suspension combined with mometasone furoate cream and human-like collagen repair dressing on atopic dermatitis Methods: 68 patients with atopic dermatitis were included in this study and divided into treatment group (n=35) and control group (n=33) randomly. The treatment group was treated with oral desloratadine for suspension and external use of mometasone furoate cream and Human-like Collagen cream. The control group was treat with oral desloratadine for suspension and external use of mometasone furoate cream. Then, to observe the improvement of skin lesions and pruritus before and after treatment in control and treatment groups; To compare the difference of disease control time and rebound phenomenon between control and treatment groups. The patients skin condition was observed 1 time per week, and the itching，lesion etc. of the patients was recorded at the same time. The patients were followed up for two months after continuous treatment to disease control. Results: There was significant difference between treatment groups and Control in the total efficiency and onset time of drugs after 1~8 weeks treatment. In treatment group, there were 3 patients showed rebound phenomenon during 2 months followed-up period, which account for 8.6% of the total number of patients. However, there were 16 patients showed rebound phenomenon during 2 months followed-up period, which account for 48.5% of the total number of patients. The difference in rebound phenomenon between the control and treatment groups was significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of oral desloratadine for suspension combined with mometasone furoate cream and Human-like Collagen cream on atopic dermatitis is remarkable, and the rebound phenomenon is rare in treatment group after the control of the disease. The main ingredient of Human-like Collagen cream is medical Humectant, which has high security for long-term use and is suitable for popularized.
