摘要:
目的:探讨Ki-67、Bcl-2、Bax和Caspase-3在脑胶质瘤组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:随机选取脑胶质瘤患者130例,将这些患者作为脑胶质瘤组,另选取同期我院收治的因脑出血或外伤进行颅内减压的患者36例作为对照组,对两组患者的Ki-67、Bcl-2、Bax和Caspase-3的表达情况进行统计分析。结果:脑胶质瘤组织中高级别胶质瘤组、低级别胶质瘤组的Ki-67、Bcl-2、Caspase-3表达阳性率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Bax表达阳性率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而高级别胶质瘤组的Ki-67、Bcl-2表达阳性率又均显著高于低级别胶质瘤组(P<0.05),Bax、Caspase-3表达阳性率又均显著低于低级别胶质瘤组(P<0.05);Ki-67、Bcl-2表达水平和胶质瘤恶性程度均呈显著的正相关关系(r=0.608,0.711,P<0.05),Bax、Caspase-3表达水平和胶质瘤恶性程度均呈显著的负相关关系(r=-0.711,-0.362,P<0.05)。结论:Ki-67、Bcl-2、Bax和Caspase-3在脑胶质瘤组织中的表达水平能够将有效依据提供给临床判断患者胶质瘤恶性程度及评估患者预后。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Ki-67, Bcl-2, Bax and Caspase-3 in glioma tissue. Methods:A total of 130 patients with glioma admitted were selected randomly. These patients were used as glioma group. Intracranial cerebral hemorrhage or traumatic injury was treated in our hospital during the same period. Decompression of 36 patients as a control group, the two groups of patients with Ki-67, Bcl-2, Bax and Caspase-3 expression were statistically analyzed. Results: The positive rates of Ki-67, Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 in the high-grade glioma group and the low-grade glioma group in glioma tissue were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Bax expression was positive. The rate of Ki-67 and Bcl-2 expression in the high-grade glioma group was significantly higher than that in the low-grade glioma group (P<0.05), Bax, The positive rate of Caspase-3 expression was significantly lower than that of the low-grade glioma group (P<0.05); the expression of Ki-67 and Bcl-2 was positively correlated with the malignant degree of glioma (r=0.608, 0.711, P<0.05), Bax, Caspase-3 expression and malignant degree of glioma showed a significant negative correlation (r=-0.711, -0.362, P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression levels of Ki-67, Bcl-2, Bax, and Caspase-3 in glioma tissue can provide an effective basis for the clinical judgment of the malignancy of patients with gliomas and evaluate the prognosis of patients.
